2005 W203 C220CDI Owner's Manual Wanted

Hi all,

After a 2005 model W203 owner's manual.

If that isn't possible to source, need advice/info on how to adjust the driver and front passenger headrests. Not upwards/downwards (which is obvious), but the forwards/backwards adjustment. they have somehow been moved to the extended position, but i cannot return them to the normal position, fully retracted. They are in the extended position and seem completely locked.

Any advice?

Not sure about the fore/aft headrest position, I think mine just rotate in addition to moving up and down. You used to be able to look at the manuals on line via the Mercedes website, in the ownership section. I'll have a look later.

mine don't lock, pull/push foreward and back by hand
