2003 ML500 alarm keep going off!

Hi ive got a 2003 ML500 and last night the alarm went off for no apparent reason. I havn't been able to shut it up since then unless i leave the bonnet open!

When you lock it the indicators keep flashing for about 10 seconds then the alarm starts going off,

Ive checked all the doors and they are all locked, the tow sensor is de-activated

any ideas?

sounds like poss bonnet switch or alarm siren not coded or water ingress,if you live in blackpool bob it round to blackpool automotive
