1997 s280 shifter fitting (desperate help needed)

Hi all

Iv been told the shifter on dads 97 s280 is shot because it wont move from d to 4321.Iv managed to get hold of a 2nd hand shifter that fits his car but i cant fathom how to fit it so i was wondering if anyone on here local could fit it for him.He's from sandhurst berkshire.If you can do it give me a message on here or pm me and tell me how much you would want to do it.

So you need to get under the car in order to remove the selector.
