E Class Estate

Morning All

Been trying to get a definitive answer on this via Google but no joy....

I'm looking to buy an E Class estate and I want to know from what year I need to buy to guarantee that I won't have any of the much publicized problems with rust.

Can anyone tell me?

Not sure if you can guarantee it, but the 211 series seem to be much better, so I think that means 2002 onwards.
