Colour Chart for 90s

Hi,

Has anyone got a link or image of a colour chart for the 90s.

I have found a 129 but it is purple, I would like to see how "loud" it is before going and seeing it. (Distance)

Hello , as far as I remember , only metallic Bornite could be classed as purple . It`s a subtle and beautiful deep metallic blackberry colour (classified as brown on some V5`s) . I had a 1995 E220 coupe in this colour and it looks best with a cream interior . Looks good on SL`s too .

Bornite was "designed" for the R129 and W140 cars, although it debutted on the W126. It really, really suits the R129. Here is a link to a picture:

I don't usually like "brown" cars, but I agree completely in this case. It does look great on an r129.

Buy the best car you can afford. Don't buy a cheap one. They're bullet reliable but the little niggles that the cheapest cars suffer you will never ever get fixed. The £12k perfect example will always be cheaper than the £5k dog.
