Just a quickie looking at getting my wheels refurbed and iam tempted to get them done like the one shown above with the rim being done with a diamond cut finish (polished I think) my question is were they origanlly like this or were they just a standard silver finish?

Yeah +1 for polished outer lip as original.

Think the problem was this was prone to corrosion so most were just painted silver on a refurb.

Look much better with the polished lip IMHO!
