Fuse help please for my 1997 C240

I have lost my speedo , rev counter, fuel, water and oil guages , I had an earlier problem with a stop light which was not getting a decent contact in the fitting I was roadside so replaced the bulb and packed out the connection with some silver foil which worked ( I thought ! ) because no warning lamp, but this morning I checked again and neither stop lights were working !!

Any thoughts anyone ?
