alfa 146 rear fog light

hi all i was wondering if anyone could help me,
i have just recently put my n-reg 146 through its mot, had quite a long fail list which i am in the process of sorting.

the one i am scratching my head about at the moment is the rear fog light,

bulb was blown so replaced that but didnt work, new fuse didnt work, even swithed the bulb holders from right side light to left side light (both lights on the left hand side worked on the left) not on the right, its just the fog light bulb not working, rear light is lit..

anyone shed any light?? thanks in advance loz
