Title says it all. Dropped the hood this morning, folded properly so it won't crease. Got to work, put the hood back up and there's a 3" split at the bottom of it.

It's the original hood, so it's not done too badly for all the years it's lived outdoors. Had to replace the rear window on my old MG B twice in 10 years.

Bugger - now need to find someone in the Glasgow area who can replace it.

When the rear window on my wife's Rover cabrio cracked, I bought some of the heavy duty plastic and replaced it myself (I couldn't afford £150+ at the time). It took a while but the results were good.
