159 check engine warning during rain

Hi guys. I have a JTS 2.2 and every time it rains I get a check engine warning.
Has anyone else had this problem and where should I start looking? I do have a good mechanic having a look but he's waiting to get some the errors analysed. Only tonight did I twig it was only during rain.
