Is anyone having issues with the front tyres?
My Mito seems to be running too much camber resulting in a pair of destroyed tyres after just 10,000 miles.

Not good. Have you had the alignment checked? What tyres are they?

Tyres are Avon, tracking was out on left. But wouldn't account for such drastic wear..

My Mg has 3 deg of neg camber on both fronts and the inside edge looks like that - if not slightly more localised to the edge. Camber isnt adjustable on ZTs. I suspect previous kerb contact and am just about to replaced both front hubs as a starter.

You want to try an Alfa 159, I think my fronts lasted about 3500 miles before they looked like that. Go to a trusted tyre place and see if the will have a bit of a play with the standard settings. My place did and the second set were going strong about 8000 miles later, with no adverse effects on handling.

Normally wear like that on the front would suggest top wishbones on the 147 or 156..... Not sure if the mito has the same setup?

I got 8k out of the fronts of my Cloverleaf, when they were changed the alignment was corrected - it was showing 5deg toe-in eek Have done 4.5k since then and the car has been transformed, with very little wear on the new ones, mpg has gone from 32 to 40 too.

Many other owners have had the same problem, just ask Janitor or check out alfaowner.

Yes, it could.

Did you have the tracking set to zero degrees?

18's are worse believe me - Mine are knackered due to the same problem.. Try a different set up but mine don't tend to last long. Mito/lowered on 18's Eeek!

Simple, get the wheels aligned....preferably 4 wheel laser aligned by a reputable local garage that do this for a living and have the proper hunter kit. Not the cheapo laser alignment that many purport are laser.
