Alfa Spider for 156 V6?

Hi,

Bit of a long shot, but would anyone be up for a swap (or cash either way) of my 1998 p1 spider for a 156 v6?

Need something with 4 seats and more boot.

My car- 59k only, 2 owners, Silver. EXTENSIVE work done including cambelt change (5k ago) new rear screen, polybush to rear end, new clutch (last week!!), radiator, air intake.
