Hani, the owner, is looking to clear a lot of the New/Old stock out from his extensive storerooms, there is a lot of obscure stuff in there, and i'd say more than a few hours worth of rummaging for bits...

it's a bit aladdins cave in there, several rooms, hundreds of little wall boxes to look through, and you never know what you may find...
