Yup my SZ and 145 are regulars on thames valley runs...
Hmmmmmm now having an SZ in my rear view mirror instead of the Lamborghini, Porsche or scooby, would have been much better, and a luuuurvly soundtrack to follow.......... Fancy bringing it up to the east anglia runs ?jamieandthemagic said:

I was born and raised in East Anglia and my folks still live there, so the SZ has actually seen the roads of Suffolk and Norfolk a couple of times - most recently just this August....GTASmallville said:
I'd bring mine but I know I won't have a hope in hell keeping up!!
Not so fast......... Apart from the straights, I managed to get my 1300 gt junior to keep pace. Even the guy in the scooby in front was saying he was really surprised how well it kept with the pace.So don't assume it won't.

In that case, I might join a run at some point...where do I find these said runs then?So don't assume it won't.

That reminds me of a PH run I did to Goodwood with a Scooby in front that ended up here....So don't assume it won't.
It was very early, a little icy and I think he'd not had the car long. No one hurt or any cars damaged though, just a dented pride!
If you're looking to go on an "all-Alfa" run, then you'll find they are all organised via www.alfaowner.com - have a look at the Regional sections for events and runs in your area. We have quite a few in Kent and Sussex, with an end of season one this Sunday.

Yep, I'm doing a London one at end of this monthThat'll be Scott's (Beautiful Busso) London Tunnel Run then. I was looking to do that one but busy all that weekend, so can only do the Kent one on 21st. Enjoy!
I'll be organising x3 Kent & East Sussex Super Runs for Spring, Summer and Autumn 2013, so keep an eye out and come along. Did the first event in August and we had x30 odd Alfisti's - bit too many for all to keep up, so will do x10 car limits over 3 seasons. Should be a lot on next year, as Chubblows puts a few on, plus Brooklands, Honnington and some other shows also.

I've always found the alfa specific ones a bit sedate.
You obviously haven't been out with those of us running V6 and GTA spec cars then
It depends on the turn out and the type of run being offered up - if there are quite a few then it will be a gentlemanly, yet spirited run. More hardcore runs are available, there was a run organised for last weekend in Wales with a few GTA's.

What PJ said but I'll add some more information too as I would class myself as an Alfa run expert
I agree that most of the Alfa specific runs can be rather slow at times but get in the correct convoy with the V6 and GTA lads like myself and we do like to push on a tad, maybe a bit too much sometimes

Here's a quick video or a few so you can see what I mean too!
Me doing the hairpin in the GTA.
