im thinking about selling my silverstone as i fancy a change but im unsure what to value it at as its had lots spent on it but does need more work on the exterior as its the usual alfa pink with a rusty rear quarter,any ideas?

Depends on all of the above but most importantly you need to remove the boot carpet to see how bad the rust is because if the outside of the rear quarter is bubbling I am pretty sure the lateral aspects of the boot floor will be pretty shot and that's where the real welding fun begins.

I am down to 4 155s at present!

This was the one and only 155 I ever had. Never again - OK drive, but the rust was horrendous, and that was only about 25% of it.

All weldable, though some of the sound deadening made working on it a decidedly flammable affair!



Took me ages to do it all, bd thing! hehe

ive checked the boot floor and it is ok it appears to only be the outer skin of the rear quater,the mot is only till december but it looks like my old man is having it off me now so problem solved,thanks for the assitance i am gonna miss this car but now i can buy a new toy
