Brera Geometry settings?
Discussion
Afternoon Gents
Im now the proud owner of a V6 Prodrive Brera S and loving every minute so far but I have noticed some worrying wear on the outside of the rear tyres, so I need to get myself a couple of new rears but while im at it I want to get the geo set up properly, so does anyone know what the recommended setting are?(or what anyone else has experience with)
Now I could go to Alfa and get them to do it but my local garage is really pretty good (always used to do my Elise geo) so figured why pay the dealer prices.
Many thanks for any help
Cheers

If your local garage is any good it will have the settings for every car from Autodata or supplied with its alignment rig. IIRC Alfas (along with a lot of cars) are a bit of a pain as they have to be loaded with weights in the footwells and boot to ensure they are at the correct height for checking.

Perfect suggestion for you is to get in touch with Peter Cambridge at PCA dynamics. He was the guru behind the Brera S project at Prodrive. He is now freelance, although he does a lot of work for JLR. He will happily assist you and can arrange an alignment for the Brera, he's brilliant and did a great job on my Sportwagon.Im now the proud owner of a V6 Prodrive Brera S and loving every minute so far but I have noticed some worrying wear on the outside of the rear tyres, so I need to get myself a couple of new rears but while im at it I want to get the geo set up properly, so does anyone know what the recommended setting are?(or what anyone else has experience with)

Another vote for Peter Cambridge
As for outer rear tyre wear, never ever heard of that on any Brera's!?!?
looking at the last MOT and the advisory I would say the dealer put a new set on the front and put the old ones one the rear, just checked black circles and they put crap on the front so it looks like 4 new boots, so might as well go the whole hog......ouch! do tyres really cost so much nowadays? the Elise was £130 a corner
