Alfa 159ti - Whats it worth?

I have a 2007 Alfa 159TI 2.2JTS and I'm thinking off trading it in. Its done 50K miles and its in reasonable condition, its been resprayed by the dealer so it doesn't have the paint issues most 159's have and I've had the timing chain done. I've been offered £4,500 as a trade it which isn't bad. I dont want the hassle of selling it privately as I cant be bothered with tyre kickers. Do you think an Alfa dealer would offer me more for it?

Unlikely the dealer would better that. It may be an excellent car but Alfa's are not good secondhand seller's.

Its not the best car in the world and Alfa's generally dont hold there value but I think £4,500.00 is a good offer from an independant garage.

It all depends on what you're trading up to. There are some very hefty deposit supports around right now and some of these are coupled with low cost finance deals. Have a good look around, and, never take the opinion of anyone who thinks there's an apostrophe in sellers.

Crikey, didn't realise decent mileage Ti 159s are down to that money! A new set of tyres is a 1/4 of that price. Wow

Veloces of London are rather partial to buying every used 159 TI out there - give them a call and they'll probably offer you a better price
