PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ALFA 147GTA? CALL THIS NUMBER

I have actually spoken to a few people in Italy regarding a problem I had with my differential(broken tooth). I'm from Australia and have noticed something strange how ATECO AUTOMOTIVE(ALFA AUSTRALIA) do business.
I personally know of 3 other case of this problem in Sydney alone and the other isthe Top Gear Magazine from Britain. ATECO have fixed 2 of the problamatic diff's under 'Goodwill'. This you'd probably know already. Though what you don't know is that ATECO don't enter into their Alfa-Romeo Database. Alfa-Romeo in Italy there for does not recieve feed back on this diff. There for not being able to investigate properly!
Can anyone over you side of the world find out if the same thing is done...
