Alfa 159 plugs underneath the car?
Discussion
Hi all
Got the MOT done a few days ago. Passed without a hitch which was nice, but whilst the car was up on the ramp the MOT tested remarked that there was a plug underneath the car that was unplugged, and that it should be plugged back together.
Thought nothing of it as I was distracted talking to someone else and didn't think about it.
Since then the TCL and Hill Control warning light come on randomly.
Now i can just unplug this again and see if that fixes it, but am more interested to know what this plug is?

Sounds like a wheel sensor. The previous owner probably pulled the plug as the TC light kept randomly coming on! Double check if the ABS is working as well. I can't remember if the 159 uses the ABS sensor to detect wheelspin as well.
cheers for that,.with it unplugged the ABS and TCL have been working perfectly. will have to check on these now
