Just picked up a 2005 2.0 Veloce with these boots on. The right front had a bit of a bulge so I decided to top up the air all round. The manual says 2.4 bar is the recommended pressure. There is nothing on the sidewall of the tyre (Bridgestone). To my surprise, upon checking, the tyre with the bulge was at 2.4 and all the others were at 2.8. So, against my better judgement, I ended up letting the other three down to 2.4. Now I have two bulging fronts – which doesn’t look right to me. The rears look OK. I can’t say I’ve noticed too much on the handling because I haven’t had a chance to chuck it about much yet but it does seem a bit wallowy on long motorway curves. I have a long drive tomorrow and I’m thinking of sticking them all back up to 2.8 to see how the car handles. Can anyone confirm what the best pressures are for a firm ride with lots of feedback – without screwing the tyres? wink

2.4 all round for normal loads, 2.6 for full loads.
So try 2.6 all round if you prefer it firmer.

The tyres won't say anything as they can be fitted to any car which will have it's own requirements.
