Alfa 3.2 GT 05 plate parking distance sensor

Dear All, We have an 05 plate 3.2 GT with a fault in the parking sensor. When reverse is selected we get a continuous tone. I am assuming this is due to one of the sensors packing up and so I have bought two new ones. Please, does anyone know how to fit them? I cant see how you get round the back to pull them out from behind or to get to the wiring or do you prise them out from the outside. All help greatfully received - Thanks
It is a bumper off job unfortunately, although one can be accessed with bumper still on.

The Torx bolts inside the boot behind the carpet had quite rusty heads, owing to the lack of space it's bl00dy difficult getting them out....and there are 3 each side. First one I tackled just kept turning. I'd already removed the wheel arch liner and single torx on either side, also the 3 x torx on the top of the bumper.
I started to remove the plastic cubby holes but it was so much of a faff I stood back and had another look.
The sensor is reachable from underneath by removing only the 3 x torx on the underside in the middle of the bumper. I can't say whether the LH sensor would be reachable too....didn't look. The outer sensors can be reached by just removing the wheel arch liner.
Holding the sensor in my righthand (up inside the back of the bumper) and the housing ring it sits in in my left hand on the outside of the bumper, push and turn like a bayonet fixing and the senor and ring will come apart.
There's a further ring you need to reuse from the old sensor that the spring sits in, gently release it from the old sensor and install on the new. Put it all back together.
Knowing what I know now I could have changed that in around 15 minutes instead of taking all morning removing wheels, arch liners and God knows how much trim out of the boot. Hey-ho, you live and learn."
