Rear Bumper off 3.2 GT 05 plate

Dear All, We have an 05 plate 3.2 GT with a fault in the parking sensor. When reverse is selected we get a continuous tone. Looks like a bumper off job to get to the one I need to replace (nearside inner). Please can someone describe how to remove the rear bumber? All help greatfully received - Thanks
