Hi!
Is there anything major/ minor at all we should be looking with these cars?
SWMBO has got an eye for one locally, a 1.4 8v Active Sport in a Black 3 door guise. Have viewed the car and is a very good looking motor - Maserati - esque almost! Has lots of reciepts for previous work / servicing and body / interior is very good for the age and mileage!
Only issue was a slight starting issue - took about 5 attempts to start and eventually caught on the throttle like an old school carb engine, have read it can be a MAP sensor causing this? Dealer said he would sort this out if we were to buy the vehicle and offer a 30 day warrenty which is reasonable.
But all in all, seems a decent size, cheap to run and insure, good looking motor for her to Pootle around in, just after some advice if there's anything major we should be looking out for if we decide to buy and any general running guides, belt intervals? Etc..!
Cheers guys!

Well she got it... And she loves it! Have had a little go myslef and seems to be a nice little gem we found!
Have taken it for a quick drive too and albeit it's not the fastest car about, it handles fine in the twisties and keeping momentum isn't a massive problem which equals some quite low speed, controllable fun!
We shall see anyway....
