2010 Fiat 500 bumper and DRL

I have been servicing a customers 2010 fiat 500. Whilst doing the M.O.T failure she asked me to fix her off side DRL. So I Pull back whats left of the wheel arch lining and find the DRL bracket snapped along with a bit another bit of plastic which the DRL mounts onto. On closer inspection it looks like this plastic is bonded to the back of the bumper.

For now I have bodged it with super glue but I know it won't last long. So is it a case of a new bumper????
