Car is standard, got a heavy driver hehe but normally I don't catch speed bumps.

Recently I've been on a newish route which has those annoying 3 in a row square bumps. I'm sure they're standard height but my car didn't half thump the speed bump try to go over it with wheels on either side.

From the outside the car looks fine so I don't suppose the car could've lowered through a fault in any way?
Even at low speeds of 10-15mph over normal bumps I've started hearing a scrape but don't drive with loud music anymore smile

Are the bravo sports just too low for speed bumps or could I have a problem?

I can get my lowered Alfa over pretty much all Liverpools speed bumps without scraping anything, unless i go 'wheels either side' i tend to aim for one side over the bump, one side between the bumps.

I've had this myself with the Bravo, it has a protective bar running under the car that seems to catch high speed bumps. Had to change mine when one vicious speed bump snapped it. Only cost £30 and fitted in 15 minutes and I suppose it did its job in protecting the sump.

You're out of West Yorkshire. Have you seen the roads round here? hehe

I wonder if I've done something similar, I'll have to get it on ramps and have a look. At least it's cheap though thanks smile

Really not much better here, I will be doing Yorkshire on Sunday, Alfa show at Elvington.
Used to have the same protectors on my GTV's, removed them and gained clearance, never broke a sump..
