Honestly, no.
I'm 6' 2" and there's no leg room behind me at all. My dad's the same height as you and his head pretty much permanently brushes the headlining (sunroof admittedly, so lower ceiling).
You can sort of squeeze a hums in the back sideways across both seats but really, it's a two seater with good luggage space...

It's easy really: you assume frog position.
a) You put the knees outwards, legs as if you were riding a horse.
b) You slump in the seat so that your pelvis slides forwards and that will make your head fit freely from the ceiling and enable you to look out the front window.
c) You now move the seat forward so that you move closer to the steering wheel, freeing legroom at the back seats.
You are now seated like a proper Alfisto. What was good for Nuvolari is good for you.
Having done this for years in the 75 and GTV's, I even drove around non-Alfa cars that way when there was really no need to. You sort of get used to it.

Yes, it was great for a trip to Italy for two. I'm just over six feet tall and with great difficulty I managed to get a child seat to fit on the back seat. This was great until my daughter was three then, even with the passenger seat fully forward, there was not enough leg room for her. For 9 and 12 year olds no chance unless they sit sideways and are contortionists. That Busso V6 was great though Gassing Station | Alfa Romeo, Fiat & Lancia | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
