I am learning quite a lot about my new car.
I was wondering if any fiat driver could advise me on a good car wash brand to use to clean my car as it is getting quite mucky with parking next to trees etc.
Could I use just a standard wash n wax solution?...
The car has been treated with SUPAGARD
Is it best for me to hand clean myself rather than putting through the petrol station wash?
Is there a good wash for the wheels/alloys too?
Many thanks,
I look forward to a clean car!

Don't use automated car washes, they're only for people who don't care about the long term

of the paintwork.

Thank you Iva,
Any ideas as to a good shampoo brand?
I suppose it's okay to use a sponge to apply water and shampoo and give it a good rinse.
No idea what to use for wheels though?
I contacted SupaGard and they recommended hand washing with water and shampoo......
I assume that I would then dry the car with one of the cam things...the car cloths?!

Probably best not to dry the car as it will rub in any residual grit and scratch the paint. It will dry by itself. Then just give it a light wax polish once a month or so. Any decent brand wash/wax and polish will do it, some will be better than others.
