Used 2 litre Nord liner?

Does anyone have a used 2 litre (c. 84mm i.d) Nord engine liner they don't mind parting with?
Alternatively, is anyone in possession of a tapered ring compression tool I could borrow (after giving a full deposit, etc). I've tried using one of the ratcheting ring compressors, but given these aren't 100% round even when compressed, the bottom very thin oil control ring pops out and prevents the piston from slipping into the liner. (The tapered compressor would have a 83.95mm internal diameter ideally, even though the liners are nominally 84mm).
