Need help with 06 grande punto

Hi!
I need some help with my punto . It is a 1.9 multijet.
The problem with it is that when it is warm outside the engine won't pull the same, it has a slight vibration when it gets above 60° and if I won't press the acceleration pedal the engine won't start at first spin over.
I've been searching on forums for some time now but I can't seem to find what I'm experiencing.
I bought it about two months ago from eBay and at the moment I thought it was the maf or egr.
I first connected to multiecuscan and i didn't see any errors, and also it isn't smoking at all.
I opened the egr and it was blanked off
I cleaned the maf sensor and the performance has improved but not by much, it is the same as with it disconnected.
I cleaned the map sensor as well.
