Basically, I'm toying with getting a used Abarth 500 next year when my current lease goes back. It just seems like a great, small, cheap to buy and run hot hatch, which is exactly what i'm looking for.

My only concern is the lack of specialists, that will be able to service the car for me, just to make sure it's kept in the best health and condition. I just can't seem to find anything the area.

I'm based in Manchester and the only one i know of is an Abarth dealership in the city centre. I'm not really keen to be going directly to a dealer though, due to price and potential incompetence.

Any help or advice is much appreciated!

^ these are good.

the Italian connection in Hoylake on the Wirral is also good. The owner also has a BMW specialist you can check for feedback and they are located in the same places (BMW Wirral) Next to a train station for access. Really helpful guys, good work and honest.

Cheers guys. I'm surprised there's nothing closer but travelling isn't a problem. They just seem to be few and far between. I couldn't seem to find anything at all when searching online though!

When I'm indoors, I'll have a look at the back of Auto Italia mag as a lot of garages advertise there and there may be a garage closer.
