Just given the car a wash and noticed the wheel nuts are quite rusty.
Do Alfa supply black nuts for the wheels or are they all silver regardless of wheel colour?

My wheels were silver, but the dealer had them refurbed before I picked it up.

And do people use SUL or normal fuel?

Get some black plastic wheel nut covers, if you repaint the rusty one's they'll soon be rusty again.

Common issue it would appear and why I doused all the underside components of my car with ACF50 as a precaution

Agree they are on eBay as cheap as chips. Fortunately mine haven't shown any signs of corrosion yet but short of spraying with zinc oxide silver paint I'll probably go for the caps.

I bought some black security bolts, similar to Allen bolts. I cant remember where from but they were not expensive and they look good on the dark coloured wheels.

I always use Shell V Power 99 RON, or similar, it says in the handbook best results on minimum of 98 RON.

Bolts have arrived
Seem to be a few mm longer than the original ones, but measure 27mm, which according to the internet is the correct length.
Think I can feel them sticking out at the back slightly.

Add to that, I don't like the numbers stamped onto the head.
See if I can get genuine ones from Alfa.

Or paint the originals...
