I have a rare grill for a Range Rover Classic that was made in the late 70s / early 80s by an Italian specialist Bubble Car.

The lamps are shot and Innees replacements. The units are 150mm Carello 455 and I’m struggling to really find out which Alfa’s and Fiats they were fitted to and subsequently how to go about finding modern replacements.

I’ve a horrible feeling that they might have been used on a Ferrari such as the Dino which may be why prices of used units seem so high but I still can’t find any new equivalents.

If anyone knows what models had these lamps I’d be very grateful.

Give Classic Alfa a ring - they are very nice people to deal with.

I don't know the size of these smaller inner lights on the 4 lamp set-up:

There's not much that they don't know about Alfa's (sic) biggrin.

These USA guys have in stock but they look like standard 7 inch lights

These are the Carello 449s (I think these are 5 1/2 inch)

Thanks. They may well be. I have found some on eBay that seem correct but I’m trying to get the chap to send a picture of the back as there are different types of fittings.

Hope it works out, I really enjoy your posts re finance so anything to keep it going - let me know if you get stuck as i am well used to finding obscure Italian parts from 60s to 90s - mostly for the Alfas and Lancias mind but as you have discovered, may are shared.

Some of the listings have pictures of the rear mounting points
