Hi All, as the title suggests i am looking for any recommendations regarding engine builder for ex 75 2.0TS engine destined for my 105 gtv. Ideally looming to have it on throttle bodies and fuel / ignition ecu. Being new to Alfa's any advice would be welcome. the engine will mainly be fast road but maybe the odd track day in the future. Thanks

Where are you?

Keith Waite of K&L Motors in Golders Green does a nice line throttle body conversions and races Alfas, too.

Recently finished one for a 105 coupe. Made 198 on the rolling road. Was running throttle bodies and OMEX ecu plus higher comp pistons, fancy rods, cams, head work etc.

I’m based on the south coast. PM if interested. Cheers.

No but he has a fantastic reputation in the Fiat/Lancia twin cam world. He was the “go to” bloke for those and (literally) wrote the book. I do know of a few people who had his engines in their race cars.

Lots of options above, you could also try Dave Ashford a Brunswick Automotive near Ely.

Good people but I think they are busy.

Contacted them on two separate occasions to do work on my cars and they said they’d get back to me with dates....still waiting months later.

I used the guy classic Alfa send all their builds to Alan Bennet. Between classic Alfa and Alan I got a good built package a hell of a lot cheaper than other quotes I'd been given.

And AHM, but much like Alex Jupe, whilst they likely know what they're doing, they both know how to charge their customers...

If you're South Lincolnshire then I'd start by talking to Adam at Velocesport. Don't think they do engine rebuilds, but I am 100% certain they will have someone they use.
