Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio - Competizione Red? Where?

So we're thinking about getting ourselves a QF but for some reason on the AR website configurator you can't specify Competizione Red any longer?

Is there a reason for this? Is it being discontinued?

Yes, it’s been discontinued. It’s being replaced by Rosso Etna from the GTA for 2022.

I’ve got a QF on order in Misano Blue but may have gone for Comp Red if it was still available as 5 of my last 6 cars have been blue.

Yep.... I was informed of this when I picked mine up in June.....and the waiting list has also "gone long" aswell !

Shame about discontinuing such a clearly popular colour. You do have to wonder what goes through their heads sometimes. Hey, at least they kept those sweet shades of grey though!

Fortunately, if that Rosso Etna is what they had on the GTA and GTAm at Goodwood, it looks phenomenal in real life and a fine alternative to Comp Red.
