Alfa 1750 GTV, how many uk supplied?

I have a ‘70 1750 GTV and wondered how many were supplied to the uk? Most I see are RHD SA imports.

Had a Google but couldn’t find much.

The SA cars are only numerous because they survived better and are worth far more over here than over there, being RH drive UK is their natural market.
I think UK supplied cars probably still outnumber them over here though.
