Whats it worth?? 156 2.5 V6 low miles.. Please!

Hi all I dont usually post in this bit.
I have been offered a 2003 model registered 2004 156 2.5 v6 with 5000 miles
I am tempted but not sure
My curent drive is an old RS2K and I just love the acceleration from its 172 BHP
I looked at a couple of Stilo Abarth 2.4 s but didnt buy.
so I am now looking at this one.

I'd say it's worth 45% of its list price when new.

I thought they stopped making the V6 a while back so maybe it was old stock when it was registered.

What about these new 156 on Ebay at £10,000
yep brand new for £10,000
but there 3 year old with 0 milees
Are these a bargain?????
