Good write-up. Odd comment about the cruise control though. Have never had a car with cruise control myself, but I though simply by pressing the pedals it was automatically disengaged

Yes I read that article too. Was very good indeed, I agree about the cruise control, surely like any other car you would hit the brake pedal or depress the clutch?

I had a 147 with Cruise Control. The accelerator pedal doesn't switch it off, but in Jeremy's case he should have pressed the brake pedal, which does switch it off.
