What kind of increase in performance can I expect?

I don't know the answer.
But if they perform as claimed that's about a 10% power increase, isn't it? How big an increase would it take to be noticable?

Unfortunately it doesn't really work like that.

This is how Max Power types decide their Saxo has 200bhp, because Widget X gave 20 bhp, anodised Flange B gave 5 bhp and fake carbon RamThruster ZT gave 15 and so on.
In reality that 5 bhp gained by the air filter will also be the same 5 bhp the remap would find. What you will get though is some increased driveability, a bit more torque and maybe a power band that hangs on for a few more revs. Not really much on paper, but may make the car feel a bit more responsive on the road. Best thing would be to tackle someone like Autodelta and say "I've got £XXX - what's best?". They've got the knowledge and products for these cars. Angel Tuning would be another. They would be able to tailor the remap to suit any other mods on the engine too.

Personally I'd put the money towards the next cambelt change.

I can imagine!!

@wasted years:
If you've only got £XX or £X, junk the spare tyre, have a No.1 haircut and a good No.2 in the loo before you set off. Will give a similar improvement in power to weight.
