new to 147 ownership and a couple of questions
Discussion
hi
my gilfreind recently purchased a 147 1.6 high milage 85,000 but nice car, fsh belt done etc.
the only problems are -
drivers door speaker doesnt work and i cant disconect the plug that goes into the door to check the connections so how is it unpluged ? and, drivers airbag warning light has come on , are there any resets or connections to check etc ?
thanks in anticipation
chris
ps anybody thinking about buying one of these - do it even at high miles it still feels tight and very well put together, much better than i was expecting.

Nice to hear that you like the Alfa, there are so many ignorant people on here who are forever slagging them off.
My 6 year old 88k mile GTV has fewer rattles than my 1 year old Mitsubishi and is holding together very well. I had the airbag warning light come on after I moved the passenger seat, it was a dodgy connection under the seat and was easily fixed by my local Alfa specialist. It is a well known GTV problem but I am not sure if it also happens on the 147. Do you have a decent specialist near you? If you do, they should be able to sort it.
