How come my old 145 (1998) has a nice alarm blipper integrated in to the ignition key, whereas all the newer GTVs that i've been looking at have a seperate, cheap-looking blipper fob, with a standard key?
Either: a lot of alarms on UK GTVs were fitted on arrival in the country rather than in the factory. Or: A previous owner has lost the master key and needed a new lockset, immobiliser and ECU.
