Its a piece of piss..... in theory....
You just prise off the triagular cover on the inside of the door then unbolt the 3 allen bolts that hold it in place.
The problem is they go into an alloy cast which corrodes, grips the bolts and leads to the rounding off when you try to undo them.

Use lots of penetrating oil. Shpuld do the trick quite easily. Don't force the screws, apply reasonable pressure and allow sufficient time (perhaps several applications with about a day inbetween each!). Best trick: On warmer days, the alloy expands more than the steel of the screws, so the screws should undo easier...
