Ooooo lovely! Looks really tidy.

Enjoy it. Just remember to keep an eye on your oil level. They like a sip (or several).

Beautiful car, looks to be in top condition.

Enjoy it! I know I loved every minute of mine. The change in exhaust note after 3000 RPM, the responsiveness...mmmmm

Looks very nice. I had a 145 a while ago (with the old Alfasud boxer engine). Loved it.
Picked up my 156 winter wheels today: Alfa No 3 from methumbup

That looks just like my 1st Alfa!!! Except mine had a massive scrape down the pasenger side from the previous owner.
Watch the oil level like a hawk. Mine went through 4 litres every 1000 miles, mind you I only paid £250 for mine and it was a bit of a dog.
That one looks beautifull though. I do like the 145's a LOT!
Is the the 2 litre?

I knew these things are not the wise money alternative
firstly shocked by the insurance over £1000
now shocked at the fuel economy or lack of it (getting just over 200miles for £40)

what else is going to shock me?

is that fuel consumption normal or should i get it looked at??????

My 2.0 145 used to average 25'ish mpg.
What does 200miles for £40 work out at?

My 166 V6 gets better than that at about £55 for 300 miles smile

I think the wife gets about 30mpg in her 1.8 146. Very dependent on how stop/start your journey is though.

Anyway, welcome to the club smile
