Quick questions for Alfa GT owners
Discussion
I have recently picked up my 05 1.9JTD
With the alarm armed does pressing the boot/tailgate on your keyfob disarm the alarm and does it rearm it when closing?
I ask becuase when i open my boot with the keyfob and alarm armed the alarm sounds, I need to deactivate the alarm then open the boot.
Was just wondering if this is normal?
The other querie was what keys do you have, I have one with just the key (no remote buttons) and one with the buttons, is this the norm?
Thanks.

The alarm/boot release is correct. Remember not to put your keys down in the boot when you are unloading as the boot locks as soon as you close it.
Strange about the keys. I would have thought you should get two identical main keys - i.e. fully functioning. You do on 147 and 156 so I would imagine the GT should be the same. You can get replacement spare keys if you require but it's about £200 throught a main dealer!
