broken heater matrix on mk1 punto help!!!!

hello guys my girlfriends punto has decided that it would split its heater matrix so she gets a puff of steam now and then but still cant see out the car which is not good can any one give me a clue how to do this job and how hard it will be to do cheers

There might be a guide, but it has come up quite regularly on the forum. From memory it's a bit of a pain, but achievable. Pay particular attention to properly bleeding the system once done (a common bugbear with Mk 1s)
