Hi all,

The GF is looking to get a new 1.2 Pop (With air con/Italian side stripe and 15" alloys) within the next few months. Are there any deals floating arounf at the moment? Last time we enquired at the local dealer we were told that there was no discounts whatsoever.

Location wise, are willing to travel for the right deal. smile

Thanks in advance,

BMT.

I think you'll struggle for a deal. I managed to get a little off my wifes car, less than £200, ordered in Dec and being registered for 1st March.

Yeah, deals on the 500 are few and far between unfortunately. It's a bit like when the mini first came out - you even find nearly new cars going for almost the same price as new. Supply and demand I'm afraid.

Having said all that, I did get a bit of a deal on a 500 that I recently bought my mum.

I'm not going to mention any dealership names - because I don't want to get anyone into trouble, but give a guy called Rod a call on 01494 722191. Tell him Lee G advised you to call him about getting a deal on a new 500. Guaranteed he'll sort it out - or one of his lackies will.

Let us know how you get on thumbup

Cheers Guys.

Their looking good value at £129/month and £810 deposit anyways through Fiat.
Would be quite happy getting a deal on the extras etc.

Thanks again,

BMT.

Save even more money and buy the Panda 100hp edition, unless you want to look like a third division W.A.G lol

Had the exact same thing when we were looking during last year. They are still in demand and you there aren't any discounts worth mentioning. The only thing that is worth looking out for is an ex-demo, but you'd probably need to be flexible on spec/colour.

If you are after air con and alloys then you might want to consider getting a lounge/sport anyway since the additional cost is pretty negligible... it is just a shame that the interiors aren't quite as nice as the pop.

Like yourself, we were originally after a 1.2 with air-con and alloys. In the end, we got an ex-demo 1.4 sport for the same money smile

Thanks for that.
We went to a dealer on Sunday and went through the options and decided on a 1.2 Lounge with Italian Side stripes. Will be ordering within the month or so, no real hurry.
The salesman said they only made £200 per unit which is what we have heard from other sources.
