Hello all.

I need two tyres for the front of the barge. This is expected. However, the tyres currently on there are V rated, and research suggests that the car requires a speed rating of W.

Oh bugger.

Does anyone know definitively what the speed and load rating of the standard 205/55R16 tyres on a year 2000 156 V6 wagon is?

The 2002 specs show the standard Lusso spec tyres to be W.
The Veloce (Sport Pack) was ZR.

I don't have a brochure from 2000 I'm afraid.
Do you still have the handbook?

Just dived out. It is a Veloce and it's running W's, which I think are the default.
I have no idea why I though it was on V rated tyres. Panic over.

Donlop Sport SP1s coming up (they have to be better than the P6000s)

just fitted Goodyear F1's to mine, which have stopped wheelspin in first three gears, so quite happy with them, for what its worth.
