Anybody got any info on the new alfa engines,and will they be available in TI spec right away?

Not sure when they're due here, but it can't be long - they're already on sale in Europe.

It's meant to be a straight replacement for the 2.2 (thank goodness) so I'd expect it'll be available across all trim levels, same as the 2.2 is now.

It looks like it'll be a better engine altogether than the 2.2, so along with the new 2.0d replacing the 1.9d, I think they'll have a much better choice of engines than they have now.

Series 2 Alfa 159 is available to order July. Dont know about specs etc as yet as no one has been told but would make sense it being available on Ti. The engine itself we know is 200 BHP so will be much better than the GM based 2.2!! Ill put info on as I get it!
