Must admit, i've found the Nottingham main Alfa dealer to be very poor, although it's further, i recommend Derby Beechdale, very helpful thumbup

On the contrary to the comments made about my local Alfa Romeo Dealer (This being Nottingham) I have also purchased a car from them and found them to be very informative, helpful and professional. I have had a couple of niggly little faults with the car which again were dealt with quickly and efficiantly by the customer care manager Phil and by the service advisor David. I have also bought a couple of mitsubishi L200 for my company from the same dealership and have to say i have no complaints.

i think we live in a society nowadays where we are all to quick to complain and moan about things when they don't go the way we want them to. So i thought i would write about something positive!!!

ps looks like you got your issues resolved in the end!!!

Hello

I am the Customer Care Manager at Chris Variava Alfa Romeo,Nottingham.

We take great pride at our dealership in giving good customer care.We are always willing to listen to our customers and if at times we do not give the service our customers deserve, we do then strive to ensure total customer satisfaction.

I am always available to assist with any issues our customers have. In this particular case regarding the above mentioned tyres, I would just like to note the following.

We have the displaced tyres at our premises here and we certainly would disagree with the described condition of them as above. We would welcome any inspection on them by anyone.

Thanks

Phil

We do work closely with our vehicle manufacturers and various tyre suppliers whom we all have a good relationship with.

We would never knowingly supply any goods that would jeopadise our customers safety.

Seems a fair enough comment though as stated by another poster a bit commons like. I assume thats due to internal politics etc you cant simply say yes you need to establish what course of action you are taking otherwise you could create a problem for yourselves.

Nice to know issues have been resolved. Are you now our resident Alfa go to guy???biggrin
