According to Google I may be going slightly mad.

The other evening driving back through Town, must have been somewhere near Portman Sq I am extremely confident that I looked down a side street and saw a large Fiat dealership where one third of the frontage was also promoting itself as an Abarth centre.

According to Google, no such venue exists. It would also appear to be according to Fiat themselves as well.

Now, I seem to recall that I was also driving so unlikely to have been wasted at this time.

Does anyone know of this dealer? I don’t believe it was Follett’s, although who knows as they don’t seem to have a website or any presence on the www.

The dealership is just behind Selfridges on the corner of Wigmore st. and Orchard St.

That's the one. Thanks very much.

If you can't buy a car from them it may explain why they haven't bothered to return my calls. biggrin

Called them each morning last week and left details, assured each time they would call back.

Clear indication that they are over paying their staff.

If they aren't keen to close an easy deal then you know for sure what kind of service you'll be getting once they've taken your money.

I had hoped the slow down would sort London antics out a little bit but sadly not.

I didn`t buy in the end but did visit Glynn Hopkin. Think the contact there is Clare and she was very pleasant. One problem?......test drive far too short to make a well informed decision.
Also voiced my opinion re the Mayfair dealership over on the "Abarthisti" forum. Even though the thread was in the "dealer feedback" section it was removed by the mods`. Perhaps they only want you to say nice things!!!! fact is................the so-called "flagship dealership are CRAP!!!!

Whilst staying at the Hyatt Regency Churchill in Portman Square, I discovered across the way a Fiat dealership with an Abarth component. In the showroom there was a black Fiat 500 Abarth and a white Grande Punto Abarth. I hope that the rumours will be true that Chrysler will bring Fiat and Abarth into Canada.
