147 anti-roll bar bushes????

How difficult are they to replace. Only, I can't see them as the roll bar goes from sight behind what looks like a sub-frame. Can anyone help?

Cheers Dave, doesn't make good reading does it? Though we've had this car from new [53 plate with 39k miles] and we still love it.
